Making a difference one guest at a time. Heather has been a Master Colorist/ Stylist behind the chair for 18years. Loving to share the passion of color and styling experience. I am trained and certified in multiple color systems and enjoys using her knowledge to create exactly what her clients are envisioning when they sit down in her chair. Behind the chair for 18 years, I pride myself in helping other see the beauty I see in them in themselves. I am only in the salon twice a month as I am an Instructor teaching the new generation about the amazing world of Barbering and Cosmetology. Let me help you relax and find the look that you want to try or just revamp the look you already love. REFUND POLICY I DELIGHT MYSELF ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify me within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction and make you happy.
